Is reality window still open when you got that crash?

The pubkey.dat and useropts are a good approach but if he has a wrong pubkey, v2 wont let him login (authentication error), and useropts for test server wont show lolcharacter. So other thing may be the cause.

So answer neo question to go on.
Also, if you want a more detailed thing, a screenshot of reality, if still open when crashing, would help a lot.
Another thing you can provide is, after deleting it once, paste the reality.log output, where we can see the ... the output, obviously.
