Our company uses RSA for remote access security and naturally has a solid vendor-customer relationship with them. Is there any way this could be leveraged to get some insight into the whole RSA problem? Is this the kind of issue that their support could help overcome?

Maybe not (I'm not a developer) but I had to make the offer.
