Really seems like graphics card / video drivers / some other incompatibility type issue.

I agree, but for the life of my I can't seem to get what exactly isn't compatible. This is really frustrating.

Correct if I am wrong.. You wrote you tried the game in 2 different computers, and you got the same error. Right?
What is the configuration of the second computer? .. The same of the first one?

As of last night I've done this three times on three different computers, all of which with different configurations. The 2nd and third computers I've done this on are laptops. I was shocked to get the same results on all three. O_o

Yeah I'm using the compiled server and I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, but all instances yielded the same result.

Absurd, simply. I've a notebook with 128mb of RAM and MXO runs anyway..
