My faction ran a radio station for a while ( i guess a lot of factions did) and we had different DJ's bring in their own flavor of music, it turned out great and since the DJ's were logged in-game they took PM requests when possible.
The idea is fantastic and it is yet 1 more thing that SOE never really took advantage of for marketing purposes or simply entertainment value.
