Btw, he can just answer with the firstname and lastname that he used on the char, for example, as it was send (in that time) to other players xD.
And just to note, seems like some guy called "Danlord" asked him something impossible to do, so he answers X thing xD, and NeoVII said something about "turning him into a guy asking for impossible things to do xD".
